Your membership package will include everything you need to start saving right away! Q. What if I decide to enroll in the membership program? A. If you decide that the Travel Agency I.D. Card is not for you, call the toll free number in the membership booklet and a customer services representative will process your request. Q. What if I'm not satisfied with my membership? Do I get a refund? A. Yes. If you are unhappy with the services or the membership, you can cancel your membership for a full refund. Q. What if I have specific questions about one of the discounts? A. Each of the discount programs in the booklet has its own toll free number that you can call with questions. Q. When does my FREE trial start? A. Your FREE trial starts approximately 5 working days from the order date. We build in processing time so that your FREE trial starts at the same time you receive your kit in the mail. Q. What do I have to do to get my discounts? A. Redemption of your discounts varies depending on the services provided or the products ordered. Some services require you to call a toll free number; others require the use of coupons or vouchers. Q. When will I receive my free airline tickets? A. The business reply card for the 2 free airline tickets will come with your membership kit. Once you mail in the business reply card, you'll get your Airline redemption voucher in 2-3 weeks. Q.
